Responsibilities:
• Handling administrative functions: Answering calls, managing calendars, arranging travel, scheduling couriers, and planning events.
• Keeping the director updated on upcoming responsibilities and following up appropriately.
• Vendor management, transportation coordination, and budget oversight.
• Managing office supplies, placing timely orders, and coordinating delivery and shipping.
• Proactive approach in handling situations with limited turnaround time.
• Prioritize being available when the director is present and ready to assist.
