As a Personal Secretary, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to senior executives, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential information. This is a full-time position based in Noida, offering the opportunity to work on-site and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to senior executives, including managing calendars and appointments
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations
- Comfortable for the Travel, meeting, and events
- Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
