We are currently seeking a reliable, enthusiastic Remote Travel Planner to join our team and assist clients with trip planning, booking, and travel coordination.

Position Overview

As a Remote Travel Planner, you will work directly with clients to design customized travel plans, recommend travel components, and assist through the booking process. This role is fully remote and ideal for someone who enjoys travel, has strong organizational skills, and delivers excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand travel needs and preferences
• Research travel options, including flights, accommodations, transportation, tours, and activities
• Prepare and present travel proposals and sample itineraries
• Book travel arrangements using approved supplier systems
• Communicate with clients about trip details, confirmations, and updates
• Provide ongoing support during the planning process
• Ensure accuracy in all bookings and documentation
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel requirements, policies, and supplier options

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client requests
• Comfortable learning and using booking systems and tools
• A passion for travel and helping others plan trips
• Previous experience in travel planning or customer service is a plus (but not required)
