Wedding & Event Planner (Contract Role)

We’re growing — and looking for passionate, polished, detail-obsessed planners to join the Gold + Lace team. As a Wedding & Event Planner, you’ll collaborate with clients to bring their vision to life while upholding the elevated experience our brand is known for.

You’ll manage timelines, vendor relationships, logistics, and communication — from onboarding through event execution. If you thrive in high-end environments, love problem-solving under pressure, and believe luxury is in the details, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead wedding and event planning for assigned clients (partial or full-service)
• Manage timelines, floor plans, vendor bookings, and client meetings
• Collaborate with our creative director for seamless integration of design + logistics
• Coordinate site visits, tastings, walkthroughs, and rehearsal days
• Oversee event setup, vendor arrivals, and timeline execution day-of

What You Bring:

• Proven experience in event planning or coordination (weddings preferred)
• Professional, polished communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable with client-facing roles and high-pressure situations
• Weekend availability is a must
• Access to a vehicle and reliable transportation

Compensation:

• 40% of the planning fee per assigned event
• Independent contractor (1099 role)
