Job Title: Presales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the point of contact for any pre-sales issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Document and report on presales activities, outcomes, and forecasts.
  • Support post-sales activities, assisting the customer success team to enhance customer experience.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to network and promote our services.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a presales or technical sales role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or relevant field.
  • Strong understanding of software solutions and IT infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
