Golf Cars and Care is excited to announce an opening for an Entry Level Finance & Accounting professional to join our team. This full-time position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to our financial operations. Located in San Jose, we are dedicated to providing exceptional service and support in the golf car industry.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to assist in various finance and accounting tasks, gaining valuable experience while supporting our company’s financial health. You will play a crucial part in processing transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations. We offer a competitive hourly wage ranging from $40 to $45, along with a supportive work environment that encourages professional growth and development.

Responsibilities

• Assist in processing invoices and payments
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes
• Help prepare financial reports and statements
• Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting processes
• Respond to inquiries related to finance and accounting
• Monitor and reconcile bank statements
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (or currently pursuing)
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
