We are looking for a Business Partner Representative to join Korsona Pro Marketing Agency, a leading company in the Marketing/Advertising/Sales industry. As a Business Partner Representative, you will play a crucial role in our Sales department. Your main responsibility will be to establish and maintain strong relationships with our business partners, driving growth and revenue for the company. This position offers a great opportunity to work remotely and collaborate with a dynamic team on exciting projects in the marketing and sales field. This is a 100% Commission Based position making uncapped commissions and earnings. $72k to $100k a year every big client you bring is a bonus each month during the contract the client is with us.   • Develop and nurture relationships with business partners to drive revenue and meet sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing materials and strategies for business partners.
  • Monitor and analyze partner performance to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Provide training and support to partners to ensure they have the tools and knowledge to succeed.
  • Negotiate and finalize agreements with new partners, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on partner performance and program effectiveness.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential partners and promote the company.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in the marketing or sales industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with partners.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities to drive successful partnerships.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite for tracking partner interactions and generating reports.
  • Knowledge of affiliate marketing principles and strategies is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple partner relationships simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
