Responsibilities:

  • Deliver prescribed doses of radiation as directed by a radiation oncologist

  • Work with radiation oncologists and medical physicists
  • Assist in simulation procedures and imaging (CT, MRI)
  • Help map out exact treatment areas using specialized software

  • Ensure correct dosage, positioning, and alignment
  • Follow strict radiation safety protocols to protect patients and staff
