Key Responsibilities: 

● Provide management and delivery of patient care plans.
● Support patients in Glen Carbon and surrounding areas.
● Reward the accomplishment of key achievements during the first year.

Schedule and Shift Details: 

●: 7 days on followed by 7 days off: Mon-Thurs: 5P to 8A; Friday- Sunday: 8A to 8A (would more the less be a on call position during the weekends) - (2) holidays per year – 1 summer & 1 winter; 3 floating holidays.
