What you will be doing:

  • Manage a full caseload of employment litigation matters from intake through resolution
  • Develop and execute legal strategies for optimal client outcomes
  • Handle discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation
  • Represent clients in mediations, negotiations, and court proceedings
  • Provide strong client communication and case guidance throughout the litigation process

Experience you will need:

  • Minimum 7+ years of plaintiff-side employment law experience
  • Proven experience handling cases involving: PAGA (Private Attorneys General Act), FEHA (Fair Employment and Housing Act), Wage & Hour disputes, Workplace discrimination, Harassment claims, Wrongful termination
  • Strong understanding of the full litigation lifecycle
  • Ability to manage cases independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent advocacy, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Track record of delivering favorable outcomes for clients
