Role: Weekend Home Health, RN

Overview:

Our client is seeking a compassionate and experienced RN to join their extraordinary care team. This full-time position involves providing management and delivery of patient care plans in Western PA and surrounding areas. The role requires on-call availability on weekends and local travel to patient locations. The successful candidate will have an associate degree, an RN license in the state of work, and at least one year of RN experience. 

Key Responsibilities: 

● Lead and collaborate to provide management and delivery of patient care plans.
● Support patients in Western PA and surrounding areas.
● Spend ~20% of the day driving to/from patient locations.
● Consistently meet critical deadlines for charting.
● Self-manage time and schedule.

Schedule and Shift Details: 

● On-Friday, Saturday, Sunday 5p – 10p, scheduled to see 8 units per day Saturday and 8 units per day Sunday, 2 holidays per year that fall on the weekend. o Must be able to orientate 2 days during the week and Saturday & Sunday at the minimum.
