Group-Venluto is a growing marketing agency currently serving 6 clients across multiple industries. Our unique approach uses podcast-led strategies to generate conversations with decision-makers and move them into discovery and sales calls for our clients.
We’re expanding and need a driven Account Executive to take ownership of client-facing calls, build rapport with prospects, and help move them through our proven sales framework.
The Role
As our Account Executive, you won’t be cold-calling or prospecting, we already have meetings booked. Your job is to host the meetings, lead engaging conversations, qualify prospects, and move them to the next step in the sales process.
You’ll be the voice of our agency and work closely with our strategy team to ensure every lead gets a strong, professional, and consultative experience.
What You’ll Do
- Host scheduled Google Meet calls with prospects generated through our podcast approach.
- Follow our proven framework and sales scripts to guide conversations.
- Qualify leads, uncover pain points, and set up discovery/sales calls for clients.
- Communicate updates, notes, and outcomes to the internal team.
- Collaborate with the strategy team to improve meeting flow and conversion rates.
- Represent Group-Venluto with professionalism, warmth, and confidence.
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent English speaker with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in sales, account executive, or business development roles.
- Comfortable leading video calls and handling objections.
- Strong listener who can build trust quickly and guide a conversation.
- Self-motivated, coachable, and able to follow a proven system.
What we can offer
- Base salary of $1,500-2,000/month + bonus of 30% of annual salary.
- Bonuses based on KPIs
- In total, from an annual salary of $18,000-24,000, you can reach $30,000-40,000.
