As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a Director of Finance to lead our financial strategy, strengthen financial systems, and ensure long-term profitability and financial discipline as we scale.

Position Overview
The Director of Finance will oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting. This role plays a critical part in supporting strategic decision-making, optimizing financial performance, and building scalable financial infrastructure to support company growth.

The ideal candidate is a strategic and detail-oriented finance leader with a builder’s mindset—someone who can translate financial data into clear insights, controls, and actionable plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial planning.
• Build and maintain scalable financial systems, reporting structures, and controls to support growth.
• Monitor and analyze key financial metrics, including profitability, margins, burn rate, and unit economics.
• Prepare accurate financial reports and insights for leadership to support strategic decision-making.
• Oversee invoicing, revenue recognition, expenses, payroll coordination, and vendor payments.
• Establish and maintain financial SOPs to ensure accuracy, compliance, and accountability.
• Partner with leadership to support pricing strategy, revenue goals, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Manage financial risk, compliance, and coordination with external accountants or advisors.
• Foster a culture of financial discipline, transparency, and continuous improvement across the organization.
