Infor HCM Consultant - Houston

We are seeking an experienced Infor HCM Consultant to join our dynamic team in Houston. This role is essential for organizations looking to streamline their human capital management processes through the effective use of Infor's advanced HCM solutions. As a key player in our consulting division, you will work closely with clients to implement, customize, and enhance their Infor HCM environments, ensuring they derive maximum value from their investment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of clients' HCM needs and recommend appropriate Infor solutions.
• Implement and configure Infor HCM software to align with business requirements.
• Provide training and ongoing support to clients regarding HCM functionalities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of HCM systems.
• Analyze data and generate reports to track HCM performance metrics.
• Stay updated on industry trends and Infor software enhancements.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Develop documentation and training materials for end-users.
• Engage with stakeholders to improve user engagement and system utilization.
• Participate in project meetings, providing updates on progress and challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience with Infor HCM software implementations.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and HCM best practices.
• Proficiency in data analysis and report generation.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Experience with project management methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and priorities.
• Certifications in HCM systems or project management are a plus.
