We are looking for a dedicated Tele Caller to join HD ZONE's sales support team in Ernakulam. As a Tele Caller, you will play a crucial role in reaching out to potential customers over the phone to promote our consumer electronics products and services. This position is vital to our company as you will be the first point of contact for many customers, influencing their perception of our brand and driving sales growth. You will be involved in exciting projects aimed at expanding our customer base and increasing revenue through effective communication and persuasion.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products and services.
• Answer incoming calls from customers and address their inquiries or concerns.
• Understand customer needs and requirements to recommend the most suitable products.
• Keep accurate records of calls and sales activities in the database.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, resolve any issues, and secure repeat business.
• Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify strategies for business growth.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and be able to articulate product features and benefits clearly.
