Role Overview:

We are looking for a Doctor Connect Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to doctors, explaining Healthmug’s products and services, and registering them on our online portal. This role is perfect for someone with excellent communication skills, confidence, and the ability to build strong professional relationships over calls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to doctors across India to introduce Healthmug and its product offerings.
• Explain the benefits of associating with Healthmug and assist doctors in registering on our portal.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and registrations in the CRM system.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for doctor connections and registrations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and support for doctors.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
• Confident, polite, and persuasive on call
•       Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
