Senior Full-Stack Developer (MERN+ React Native)- Part Time

This is not a freelance “ticket delivery” role.

We’re looking for a hands-on architect-builder who is ready to own a system end-to-end and evolve into a Founding CTO/ Core Member once Phase 1 scales.

Minimum 6+ years of deep backend experience required.

Engagement Type: Part-Time (Pathway to Core Team Role)

Phase 1 – Build/ MVP Stage

  • Duration: 9 months (Product Development Time: 2-3 Months)
  • Equity: 0.5%–2% (based on experience)
  • Revenue Share: 2% of Total Revenue (based on experience)
  • Work Mode: Remote, Flexible Hours

Phase 2 – Growth Stage:

  • Additional Equity: 0.5%–2% (based on experience)
  • Revenue Share: 2% of Total Revenue (based on experience) or fixed monthly compensation
  • Transition to Full-Time Core Role

Your Role

You’ll help build the backend architecture, frontend systems, mobile apps, and integrations — collaborating directly with the founder to bring this project from 0 → 1.

P.S.: Phase 1 is our Build/MVP stage, structured as an equity-based engagement (0.5%–2% equity + 1%-2% revenue share). Apply only if this engagement structure works for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect, develop, test, and deploy the full-stack Reward Commerce ecosystem (Backend + Admin + App)
  • Build Admin, Vendor, and User Panels with role-based access control
  • Create modular APIs for vendors, ads, rewards, postbacks, and analytics
  • Design the hybrid backend (Laravel + Node.js) for both transactional stability and async performance
  • Implement microservices for event-driven tasks (tracking, analytics, notifications)
  • Develop Flutter/React Native apps for cross-platform launch
  • Integrate affiliate SDKs, game APIs, ad modules, and wallet systems
  • Manage DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud architecture (AWS / GCP)
  • Ensure scalability, security, and modularity from Day 1
  • Collaborate with the founder on architecture, sprints, and roadmap execution

Required Skills & Experience

  • ✅ MERN + Node.js expertise – 5+ years of hands-on experience with Laravel, Postgres, MongoDB, Express, React, and Node.js
  • ✅ E-commerce or Reward Platform background — Built or scaled transactional marketplaces
  • ✅ Reward / Affiliate Systems – Deep understanding of postback, cashback, or gamification integrations
  • ✅ Cloud & DevOps – AWS/GCP setup, CI/CD pipeline management, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
  • ✅ Security & Data Handling – Role-based access, JWT, encryption, fraud detection
  • ✅ Mobile-first Development – Experience integrating Flutter or React Native apps
  • ✅ Ownership Mindset – Strategic thinker with the ability to build fast, adapt fast, and ship clean

Important to have:

  • Experience in E-commerce/ Reward Apps / Affiliate Platforms / Gaming / AdTech / FinTech
  • Worked with multi-tenant vendor systems
  • Knowledge of data pipelines and BI dashboards
  • Familiarity with AI personalization (TensorFlow Lite / OpenAI APIs)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for speed, clarity, and ownership
