We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join Hirewala's Sales team in Mumbai. 

As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth through acquiring new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing ones.

Responsibilities:

  • Source new business and achieve assigned sales targets through Branch Banking, Open Market Channels, etc.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, branches, dealerships, and store partners.
  • Explain product features, terms, and benefits to customers in a clear and convincing way.
  • Manage end-to-end loan documentation — pre and post-disbursal stages.
  • Conduct and participate in promotional activities/events to drive sales.
  • Maintain daily updates of leads, lead tracking, and submit Daily Sales Reports (DSR).
  • Follow company policies, compliance guidelines, and operational standards.
  • Generate cross-sell opportunities for other financial products.
