Hiring Squad is looking for an experienced SFDC Lead to join our team in Bengaluru. This full-time, on-site position offers an exciting opportunity to lead Salesforce projects and enhance our staffing and recruiting services through innovative technology solutions.

As an SFDC Lead, you will be responsible for managing Salesforce implementations, driving best practices, and optimizing our CRM systems to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in our operations. You will play a crucial role in collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our business needs and strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce implementation projects from planning to execution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope
• Develop and customize Salesforce applications to meet business needs
• Ensure data integrity and optimize data management processes
• Provide ongoing support and training to users on Salesforce functionalities
• Monitor and analyze system performance and user feedback for continuous improvement
• Stay updated with Salesforce releases and features to leverage new capabilities
• Document project processes and maintain accurate project records

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Salesforce development and administration
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components
• Experience with data modeling and management within Salesforce
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Experience in agile project management methodologies
• Salesforce certification (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer) is a plus
