Job Title: Sales Team Lead Location: Hybrid – Noida About the Company Perfect Ventures is a dynamic technology firm, founded by IIT-Bombay alumni, specializing in selling AI-powered SaaS solutions globally. With over 40 years of collective sales experience, we provide transformative solutions for businesses across the Global markets. Role Overview We are looking for a hands-on Sales Team Lead with a strong B2B SaaS sales background to build and scale our outbound sales function from scratch. This is a 0–1 startup role, ideal for someone who has led or wants to lead GTM execution and global SDR teams. Key Responsibilities ● Build and scale the SDR outbound team from scratch (hiring, onboarding, training). ● Lead global outbound sales efforts across US and SEA markets. ● Own and execute the sales GTM strategy in collaboration with leadership. ● Drive outbound pipeline through cold emails, LinkedIn, calls, and sequences. ● Set targets, track performance, and coach the team for consistent outcomes. ● Work closely with founders/leadership on sales strategy and growth. Key Requirements ● 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales. ● Hands-on experience with global outbound SDR motions (US & SEA preferred). ● Proven team handling and leadership experience. ● Experience working in a 0–1 startup environment. ● Strong execution mindset with the ability to lead from the front. Nice to Have Prior experience setting up an SDR function from scratch. Familiarity with CRM and outbound sales tools.
