Responsibilities:

• Work with clients to buy, sell, and rent residential properties
• Present listings using Hommati’s 3D, drone, and photography tools
• Lead property tours, open houses, and listing presentations
• Create strong listing descriptions and collaborate with our media team
• Negotiate offers, draft contracts, and support clients through closing
• Provide market insights and pricing recommendations
• Build and maintain long-term relationships to generate repeat business
• Ensure compliance with real estate licensing and local laws

Requirements:

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients
• Familiarity with MLS, CRM software, and online listing platforms
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
