As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks that help facilitate our programs and initiatives. Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations
- Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments
- Prepare and organize documents and reports as needed
- Respond to inquiries and provide information to staff and volunteers
- Maintain accurate records and databases
- Support event planning and logistics for community outreach programs
- Collaborate with team members to improve workflow and processes
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the organization’s mission
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Experience in a non-profit or volunteer setting is a plus
- Familiarity with basic office equipment and technology
