Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated Office Assistant to join Houston Graduate School of Theology, a leading institution in Higher Education. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Administration department with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office. 

The Office Assistant will be responsible for assisting with administrative tasks, organizing documents, scheduling appointments, and providing general support to the team. This role is essential in maintaining efficient office operations and fostering a productive work environment. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude towards handling various office responsibilities.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital files and records.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
  • Perform data entry and update databases as needed.

     

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
