CRM Call Center Coordinator
iGaming – Africa Markets

On behalf of a Global iGaming company, we are looking for a CRM Call Center Coordinator to support outbound player engagement for their online Casino and Sportsbook brands across African markets.
This role focuses on coordinating CRM-driven outbound call campaigns aimed at increasing player deposits, engagement, and reactivation. The position works closely with the CRM, Marketing, and Call Center teams to ensure campaigns are clearly communicated, executed efficiently, and optimized for performance.
The ideal candidate understands iGaming player behavior, promotional mechanics, and CRM campaign strategy, and can ensure outbound communication is aligned with business goals.

Your Impact:

  • Coordinate the execution of CRM outbound call campaigns targeting specific player segments.
  • Ensure call center agents are fully briefed on campaign objectives, promotion mechanics, and bonus rules.
  • Help manage call lists based on player segmentation and campaign priorities.
  • Track campaign performance and key metrics such as :Deposit conversion rate, Reactivation rate, Calls completed per campaign, etc, etc
  • Analyze player feedback and campaign results to improve call scripts, offers, and targeting strategies.
  • Provide insights on player behavior, campaign effectiveness, and market trends.

You Bring: 

  • 2+ years experience in iGaming CRM, retention, or outbound call operations.
  • Strong understanding of casino and sportsbook player lifecycle.
  • Experience working with African markets is a strong advantage.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to monitor and improve campaign performance.
