On behalf of an industry-leading iGaming provider of high-quality turnkey solutions for gaming platforms, we’re looking for a CRM Promotions Manager who can manage promo plans, configure large volumes of offers and bonuses, work closely with content and design teams, and keep everything running smoothly in a fast-paced online environment.

What you’ll do:

• Build and manage monthly promo plans
• Configure, test, and launch bonuses, offers, and campaigns
• Work closely with content and design teams to deliver campaign assets
• Solve setup, configuration, and campaign issues quickly and efficiently
• Monitor performance and help improve future campaigns
• Support campaigns across email, SMS, web push, pop-ups, and more

What we’re looking for:

• Strong organisation and multitasking skills
• A hands-on, problem-solving mindset
• Great attention to detail
• Good English and strong teamwork skills
• Technical confidence and a data-driven approach
• Basic Excel knowledge
• HTML, CSS, or SQL knowledge is a plus
• Experience in CRM, campaign operations, digital marketing, e-commerce, or online gaming is an advantage

 What is Offered
