Your Impact

As an Executive Assistant to C-Level Management, you will provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to senior executives and their immediate teams. You will be responsible for managing priorities, coordinating communications, organizing meetings and events, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. More specifically, you will be responsible to:

  • Manage executives' calendars, meetings, appointments, and task schedules.
  • Coordinate and attend meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Handle executive correspondence, reports, and confidential documentation.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Screen and prioritize calls, emails, and other inquiries.
  • Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and business partners in a professional manner.
  • Coordinate business travel arrangements, accommodation, and itineraries.
  • Organize corporate events, meetings, and executive engagements.
  • Ensure effective communication and information flow across departments.
  • Support the maintenance of office procedures and day-to-day operations.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, correspondence, and other business documentation.
  • Provide administrative support to the CTO and senior management team.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and tasks as required.

You Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years' proven experience in a similar Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Administrative Assistant role supporting senior management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Technical understanding or experience within a technology-related environment will be considered an advantage.
  • Business-level proficiency in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask effectively and work under pressure.
  • High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Proactive, energetic, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Professional appearance and polished interpersonal skills.
