Your Impact
As an Executive Assistant to C-Level Management, you will provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to senior executives and their immediate teams. You will be responsible for managing priorities, coordinating communications, organizing meetings and events, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. More specifically, you will be responsible to:
- Manage executives' calendars, meetings, appointments, and task schedules.
- Coordinate and attend meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Handle executive correspondence, reports, and confidential documentation.
- Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Screen and prioritize calls, emails, and other inquiries.
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and business partners in a professional manner.
- Coordinate business travel arrangements, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Organize corporate events, meetings, and executive engagements.
- Ensure effective communication and information flow across departments.
- Support the maintenance of office procedures and day-to-day operations.
- Prepare presentations, reports, correspondence, and other business documentation.
- Provide administrative support to the CTO and senior management team.
- Assist with ad hoc projects and tasks as required.
You Bring
- Bachelor's Degree is required.
- Minimum of 2 years' proven experience in a similar Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Administrative Assistant role supporting senior management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Technical understanding or experience within a technology-related environment will be considered an advantage.
- Business-level proficiency in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask effectively and work under pressure.
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
