On behalf of an iGaming company undergoing significant product and market expansion, we are seeking a Product Manager to take ownership of the customer experience across its digital products, helping shape how players discover, engage with, and return to the platform. This is a highly visible role that combines product strategy, customer insight, commercial thinking, and cross-functional leadership. You will work closely with technology, marketing, operations, payments, and compliance teams to identify opportunities that improve customer engagement, increase conversion, and support long-term retention.
Your Impact
- Optimising customer journeys across web and mobile experiences
- Driving conversion, engagement, and retention improvements through data-led decision making
- Partnering with engineering and design teams to deliver scalable product enhancements
- Identifying opportunities to improve usability, performance, and customer satisfaction
- Balancing commercial priorities, customer needs, and regulatory requirements
- Contributing to product strategy and roadmap planning
