HRLadderBox, on behalf of our client, is recruiting for the position of Senior Associate Lawyer to join its Transactional Commercial Practice team. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded legal professional to work on high-level cross-border and domestic M&A, joint venture, and banking & finance transactions within a fast-paced and client-focused environment.

Your Impact:

• Act as Associate / Senior Associate within a transactional team handling cross-border and local:
  • Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
  • Joint Ventures (JVs)
  • Banking & Finance transactions
• Draft, review, and negotiate transactional documentation, including:
  • Share Purchase Agreements (SPAs)
  • Shareholders’ Agreements (SHAs)
  • Articles of Association
  • Finance and security documents
• Conduct legal due diligence and assist with transaction structuring.
• Perform legal research on complex commercial and finance-related issues.
• Liaise with international clients, counterparties, and foreign legal advisors.

You Bring: 

• Minimum 3+ years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) in corporate, commercial, and/or finance transactional work.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent).
• Common law background is essential.
• Strong drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
• Team-oriented with a proactive and professional approach.
