About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Manage and allocate advertising budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and campaign performance.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights.
  • Drive bookings, lead generation, and brand visibility through performance-focused strategies.
  • Conduct A/B testing and continuous optimization to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to align digital initiatives with business objectives.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in paid digital marketing.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta advertising platforms.
  • Proven experience managing large advertising budgets and performance-driven campaigns.
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and optimization skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in the travel or hospitality industry.
  • Experience driving bookings, leads, and measurable revenue growth through paid campaigns.
