HTIC Global is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead and optimize high-performing paid advertising campaigns. Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
- Manage and allocate advertising budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and campaign performance.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights.
- Drive bookings, lead generation, and brand visibility through performance-focused strategies.
- Conduct A/B testing and continuous optimization to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to align digital initiatives with business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in paid digital marketing.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta advertising platforms.
- Proven experience managing large advertising budgets and performance-driven campaigns.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and optimization skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
