Responsibilities

• Oversee the casting and forging processes to ensure optimal production
• Conduct quality control inspections on finished products
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve production techniques
• Implement safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of experience in steel manufacturing operations
