Job Description:
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and executing marketing
strategies with a strong focus on digital platforms and social media. You will play a key role in
enhancing the company’s online presence, managing brand communication, and supporting
lead generation efforts. The ideal candidate should be creative, data-driven, and up to date
with current market trends and digital marketing practices.
Responsibilities:
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as social media,
email, and web.
Manage and maintain company social media profiles (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook,
etc.), including content creation, posting, and engagement.
Coordinate with internal teams to develop marketing materials, creatives, and
campaigns.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and social
media insights.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and evolving digital marketing
practices.
Assist in content creation including posts, blogs, creatives, and promotional materials.
Manage paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) to drive traffic and lead generation.
Support branding initiatives and ensure consistency in communication across all
channels.
Coordinate with vendors/agencies for marketing activities when required.
Skills and Knowledge Required:
Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts including SEO, SEM, and social
media marketing.
Hands-on expertise on Such Platform and India Mart.
Hands-on experience in managing social media platforms and creating engaging
content.
Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, or similar tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking with an eye for design and branding.
Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for better performance.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proactive, self-driven, and up to date with current market trends and digital media
practices.
