Responsibilities

• Source and attract potential candidates using various recruitment methods
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews to evaluate candidates

• Coordinate interview processes and provide feedback to candidates
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial contact to placement
• Utilize recruitment software and tools to streamline processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in IT recruitment or related field
• Strong knowledge of various IT roles and technologies
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and candidate engagement
