Role Overview

For more than two decades, we have worked with Bay Area clients on meaningful jewelry purchases, from classic diamond pieces to fully custom designs. Our showroom experience is built on warmth, professionalism, and trust. Many of our clients return through referrals and long-standing relationships.

We are adding a Jewelry Stylist to our showroom team. This role plays a key part in shaping the in-store experience by welcoming clients, supporting appointments, and ensuring the showroom reflects the care and craftsmanship behind our jewelry. Jewelry Stylists are often the first point of contact and help set the tone for a polished, seamless visit.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, values presentation and organization, and takes pride in creating a refined, hospitality-driven environment.

How You Will Spend Your Time

  • Create a warm, memorable first impression by welcoming clients into the showroom with confidence, professionalism, and genuine hospitality
  • Guide clients through the full custom jewelry experience, ensuring a seamless and elevated journey from consultation to final delivery
  • Work closely with clients to coordinate custom jewelry projects, fittings, resizing requests, adjustments, and follow-up appointments
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with backend operations, production, jewelers, and showroom teams to ensure all orders, custom pieces, and client requests are completed accurately and on time
  • Monitor project timelines and proactively follow up on production status, changes, and special requests to maintain an exceptional client experience
  • Anticipate client needs and provide thoughtful hospitality touches, including refreshments and personalized assistance, to ensure comfort throughout their visit
  • Support showroom operations by managing check-ins, seating arrangements, appointment flow, and overall client coordination with discretion and efficiency
  • Prepare, maintain, and refresh client-facing areas so the showroom consistently reflects the elegance, organization, and service standards of a luxury jewelry environment
  • Uphold the visual, organizational, and service standards that define a high-end luxury showroom experience while contributing to a calm, organized, and collaborative team environment

Experience Requirement

  • Experience in hospitality, luxury retail, fine dining, hotels, or customer-facing service roles is preferred
  • Training is provided for jewelry knowledge and showroom standards
  • Full-time availability, including weekends, is required
