About the Role 

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support our day-to-day office operations and administrative functions. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth internal processes across HR, payroll, and finance as part of our expanding global engineering organisation. 

You will work closely with internal teams and external partners, managing employee records, payroll, and accounting activities using the Zoho Suite. This position is well suited to someone who is highly organised, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. 

Responsibilities 

  • Manage employee onboarding, attendance, leave tracking, and payroll processing using Zoho People and Zoho Payroll 
  • Maintain accurate bookkeeping, invoicing, expense tracking, and financial records using Zoho Books 
  • Maintain employee records and assist with HR administration 
  • Support day-to-day office operations, including office supplies, facilities coordination, and vendor management 
  • Assist with statutory compliance, reporting, and documentation as required 
  • Coordinate with external vendors, consultants, and service providers to ensure timely follow-ups and deliveries 
  • Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency 

Requirements 

  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Executive, or a similar role 
  • Hands-on experience with Zoho Suite, including People, Books, and Payroll modules 
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail 
  • Basic understanding of payroll, accounting, and statutory compliance 
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills 
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently while tracking deadlines and follow-ups 

Beneficial Skills 

  • Experience working in a startup or fast-growing organisation 
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar productivity suites 
  • Experience coordinating with external auditors, accountants, or compliance consultants
