As the Human Resources Manager at i4 Search Group, you will be involved in a variety of projects aimed at attracting, developing, and retaining top talent in the home health industry. You will have the opportunity to lead initiatives related to recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR policy implementation. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for supporting the professional growth and well-being of our team members.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs.
- Handle employee relations issues and conduct investigations when necessary.
- Administer performance management programs and provide guidance to supervisors and employees.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Manage benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Previous experience in HR or related field is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a bonus.
