i4 Search Group is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse specializing in Cardiac Services / Telemetry to join our team in Kenosha. This full-time, on-site position offers an incredible opportunity to provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment.

In this role, you will monitor patients' cardiac health, administer medications, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans. You will play a vital role in our cardiac services, ensuring the highest standards of care while contributing to positive patient outcomes within the Hospital/Health Care industry.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and assess patients' cardiac conditions
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to create care plans
  • Provide patient and family education on cardiac health
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care
  • Respond to emergency situations and provide critical care interventions
  • Lead patient assessments and contribute to evaluations
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training

Requirements

  • Associate Degree in Nursing (required; BSN preferred)Active RN license in Wisconsin and/or Illinois (based on assignment)
  • Current BLS certification (required, or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire)
  • Current ACLS certification (required, or ability to obtain within 6 weeks of hire)
  • Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
  • 2+ years of experience in Cardiac Services or telemetry nursing
  • Strong knowledge of cardiac monitoring and telemetry systems
  • Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems
  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
  • Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to patient-centered care
