i4 Search Group is looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse - RN Clinical Director to join our dedicated team in Petaluma. As the RN Clinical Director, you will oversee the clinical operations of our hospice services, ensuring that delivery aligns with best practices and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities

• Oversee the clinical operations of hospice services and ensure compliance with all regulations
• Lead, mentor, and train nursing staff to deliver high-quality patient care
• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance service delivery
• Provide education and support to patients and their families
• Facilitate quality assurance and improvement initiatives
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records

Requirements

• Current RN license to practice in California
• A minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong background in hospice or palliative care
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in electronic medical record systems
• Excellent critical thinking and decision-making abilities
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required
