Technical Co-Founder – Stealth Product Development | IAXAI

IAXAI seeks a hands-on, visionary technical cofounder to turn our patented technology into a scalable, market-ready application. As a foundational member of the leadership team, you will shape and execute the technical vision, build infrastructure from the ground up, and help propel our disruptive solutions into the marketplace. This role offers full remote flexibility and the chance to work alongside entrepreneurial peers united by a passion for breakthrough innovation.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead the buildout of core products, translating complex concepts and patent-protected ideas into robust, scalable applications
• Drive all aspects of engineering, architecture, design, development, and deployment, balancing speed, quality, and security
• Collaborate with founders to prioritize and define technical milestones, ensuring seamless alignment with business goals
• Create the infrastructure and systems to support rapid prototyping and long-term scalability
• Recruit, mentor, and inspire a high-caliber engineering team as we grow
• Safeguard all proprietary technology and ensure best practices for confidentiality, compliance, and resilience
• Continuously scout for and evaluate new tools and approaches that can provide a competitive edge

What You Bring:

• Senior-level track record (Lead Engineer, CTO, or equivalent) bringing complex products from concept to production
• Broad mastery of modern software architecture, system design, and cloud-native development (platform/language agnostic)
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and collaboration excellence, including with non-technical cofounders
• Startup grit: you’re comfortable operating with ambiguity, moving fast, and tackling large, open-ended problems
• Experience building for security, scalability, and reliability from day one
• Deep curiosity and drive to stay ahead of technical trends and leverage emerging tools as appropriate
• Commitment to confidentiality and responsible IP management
