Responsibilities:

• Address client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Collect feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experience.
• Organize and participate in client engagement events and activities.
• Manage client database and keep accurate records of interactions.
• Monitor client satisfaction levels and implement strategies to enhance satisfaction.
