IHI Connectors is looking for a dedicated and motivated Machine Operator to join our Machine Shop team in Mentor. This full-time, on-site position offers an excellent opportunity for candidates with mechanical skills to kickstart their careers in the Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing industry.

As a Machine Operator, you will be trained and responsible for operating, setting up, and maintaining machinery, ensuring production processes run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities

• Operate, setup, and maintain various machines and equipment in the machine shop
• Monitor production processes and ensure compliance with quality standards
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery
• Maintain accurate production records and report any discrepancies
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
• Assist with training of new employees on machine operation
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or machine operation environment is a plus
