Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Guest Services Associate to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our guests and provide them with a welcoming and informative experience at our institute. You will be responsible for managing guest inquiries and reservations, coordinating events and meetings, and assisting with various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently and accurately.
- Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts based on financial data.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare tax returns.
- Prepare financial analyses to provide insights on cost control and revenue generation.
- Collaborate with auditors during financial audits to provide necessary documentation and answers.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an accountant, with a strong understanding of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
