Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to management and teams
- Manage emails, phone calls, correspondence, and document control
- Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and coordinate internal communications
- Prepare reports, invoices, and presentations using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Maintain accurate records, files, and databases
- Support HR and finance teams with basic administrative tasks
- Assist with guest service coordination and hospitality operations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and hospitality standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, or Admin Coordinator
- Strong organisational, multitasking, and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office management systems
- Ability to work independently in a hospitality or service-based environment
- Professional attitude with strong attention to detail
