IIQAF Group is seeking a skilled and certified Arc Welder to join our construction projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will perform welding, metal fabrication, and maintenance tasks while adhering to safety standards and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform arc welding, MIG/TIG welding, and metal fabrication according to project specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols
- Inspect and prepare materials for welding, ensuring quality and safety standards
- Maintain and operate welding equipment and tools safely
- Collaborate with construction teams, engineers, and supervisors to complete projects on schedule
- Conduct routine maintenance of welding machines and tools
- Ensure compliance with UAE construction safety standards and OSHA guidelines
- Report and document completed welding tasks and inspections
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Arc Welder, MIG/TIG Welder, or Metal Fabricator
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and welding symbols
- Knowledge of welding techniques, materials, and safety protocols
- Physically fit and able to work in construction environments
- Strong teamwork, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with UAE construction safety regulations
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in welding or metal fabrication
- Experience working on construction projects in Dubai or UAE
- Knowledge of industrial safety standards and quality control procedures
