Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Chef and kitchen team in preparing and cooking meals according to menu specifications
• Ensure consistent food quality, taste, and presentation
• Prepare ingredients, including chopping, marinating, and portioning
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen, workstations, and cooking equipment
• Assist in inventory management, stock rotation, and ordering supplies
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards
• Support training and guidance of junior kitchen staff
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely meal service

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Assistant Chef, Commis Chef, or Kitchen Cook
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen safety
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Familiarity with UAE food safety regulations and hygiene standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Culinary or hospitality certification
• Experience in hotels, restaurants, or catering services in Dubai
• Passion for food presentation and menu execution
