Job Overview

IIQAF Group is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Auditor to oversee financial, operational, and compliance audits within our hospital and healthcare operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy in financial reporting, regulatory compliance, risk management, and internal control systems aligned with UAE healthcare standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits of financial records, billing systems, and healthcare operations
• Review hospital revenue cycle, medical billing, and insurance claims processes
• Evaluate internal controls and identify financial risks and compliance gaps
• Ensure compliance with UAE healthcare regulations, DHA guidelines, and accounting standards
• Prepare detailed audit reports, findings, and risk assessments
• Recommend improvements to strengthen internal control and governance systems
• Support external audits and regulatory inspections
• Monitor adherence to company policies, financial procedures, and ethical standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Auditor, Internal Auditor, or Healthcare Auditor
• Strong knowledge of financial auditing, compliance, and risk management
• Experience in hospital, clinic, or healthcare industry auditing preferred
• Familiarity with IFRS, GAAP, and UAE healthcare compliance regulations
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills
• Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Excel

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• Professional certification such as CIA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent preferred
• Experience working with DHA, insurance audits, or healthcare financial audits in UAE
