Job Overview

IIQAF Group is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Barista to join our hospitality team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee, espresso beverages, and specialty drinks, while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced café or restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve espresso-based beverages, specialty coffee, teas, and cold drinks
• Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and brewing equipment
• Ensure consistent coffee quality, presentation, and taste standards
• Provide excellent customer service and guest engagement
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations and café areas
• Manage cash handling and POS transactions when required
• Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, syrups, and supplies
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Barista in café, restaurant, or hotel environment
• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and latte art
• Familiarity with espresso machines and coffee brewing methods
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality setting
• Knowledge of UAE food safety and hygiene regulations

Preferred Qualifications

• Hospitality or food service certification
• Experience in Dubai hotels, cafés, or restaurant chains
