Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty beverages
• Operate and maintain professional espresso machines and coffee grinders
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the café area
• Restock inventory and monitor beverage supplies
• Follow UAE food safety and hygiene regulations
• Promote menu items and upsell beverages and snacks
• Ensure attractive beverage presentation and service quality

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Barista or Café Staff
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and latte art preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Immediate availability preferred
