Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or related field within the Hospital/Health Care industry.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and business development strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
