IIQAF Group is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Operator to operate and maintain computer-controlled machinery for manufacturing precise components used in construction projects in Dubai. Key Responsibilities

• Set up, program, and operate CNC machines including lathes, mills, and routers
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD/CAM designs
• Monitor CNC machine operation to ensure accuracy, quality, and efficiency
• Perform quality inspections using precision measurement tools like calipers and micrometers
• Adjust machine settings and troubleshoot issues to maintain product standards
• Maintain CNC machines, tools, and the work area according to safety protocols
• Collaborate with engineers and supervisors to optimize production processes
• Follow UAE construction safety and industrial regulations

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CNC Operator, Machine Operator, or CNC Machinist
• Proficiency in CNC programming (G-code, M-code) and machine operation
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
• Knowledge of safety procedures and preventive machine maintenance

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical or vocational certification in Mechanical Engineering, CNC Machining, or Fabrication
• Experience in construction-related fabrication or industrial manufacturing
• Familiarity with advanced CNC software and CAD/CAM tools
