Role Overview:

IIQAF is excited to announce an opening for a Commis Chef to join our talented culinary team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site position is ideal for individuals looking to kickstart their career in the vibrant hospitality industry. As a Commis Chef, you will be immersed in a dynamic kitchen environment, where you will learn and grow under the guidance of experienced chefs.

We offer a competitive salary range of AED 8,500 - AED 11,000 monthly, along with a supportive work environment that encourages creativity and professional development.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications accurately
• Maintain food safety and hygiene standards at all times
• Collaborate with team members to meet service demands
• Help with inventory management and stock rotation
• Participate in kitchen training and development programs
• Assist in the creative development of new dishes

Requirements:

• No formal experience required; passion for cooking is essential
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
• Knowledge of food safety regulations is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
